Sectors

The sectors we
know properly.

A generalist agency learns your business on your budget. These are the sectors we already understand — how customers choose, what they ask, and what turns an enquiry into a sale.

Food & Brands

Food is chosen quickly and by eye. Someone deciding where to eat, or which brand to put in the basket, decides in seconds — on the photograph, the menu, the reviews and whether ordering is easy. Most food businesses lose that moment: the website is a PDF menu, orders go through a phone line, and the brand looks different on every platform it appears on.

Logistics

Logistics is bought on trust and on speed of quotation. A business that needs freight moved asks several carriers at once and tends to go with the one that replies first with a clear rate and a way to track the consignment. Most logistics websites describe the fleet and the years in business, then send the enquiry to a general inbox that is read the next day.

NBFC & Finance

Lending is a trust purchase with a form at the end of it. A customer comparing loan providers wants to understand the product, the eligibility and the cost before handing over documents, and drops out the moment the application feels long or unclear. For a regulated business the site also has to be precise — disclosures, rates and terms must be where they are supposed to be and say what they should.

Clothing & Fashion

Fashion is bought with the eyes and returned with the heart. People decide on photography and fit information, and a good share of what is bought online comes back because it was not what they expected. The brands that do well show the product honestly, make sizing clear and give the customer a reason to come back that is not a discount.

Travel & Tourism

Travel is a dream turned into a decision, and the decision takes time. People collect ideas, compare packages across many tabs and come back several times before they enquire. The operators that win make the trip easy to picture, show a clear itinerary and price range, and reply fast once someone shows interest — because a traveller with a question usually asks several agents at once.

Real Estate

Property is a long, high-value decision made mostly on emotion and then justified with numbers. Buyers want to see the place — floor plans, the actual view, what is within two kilometres — long before they will speak to anyone. And once they do enquire, speed decides everything: the site that responds in five minutes books the visit, the one that responds tomorrow does not.

Education

Choosing a school, a course or a coaching centre is a decision made by a parent or a student, often with other people watching. They research for weeks, compare institutions on outcomes and fees, and want to see what the place is actually like. The enquiry season is short and competitive, and an institution that answers questions clearly and quickly fills seats before the others get to them.

Healthcare

Healthcare enquiries are urgent and comparison-driven. Someone searching for a treatment is usually looking at three or four providers in the same hour, and the one who answers first and most clearly tends to get the appointment. Most clinic websites lose that race — they describe the institution rather than the treatment, bury the doctor credentials, and route enquiries to a phone line that is engaged.

Gems & Jewellery

The Indian coloured-stone trade sells to the world, but most of it still runs on trade fairs, WhatsApp threads and PDF catalogues emailed one buyer at a time. The businesses pulling ahead are the ones whose international buyers can browse the range, check certification, understand minimums and raise a serious enquiry at two in the morning in their own timezone — without anyone being awake to help.

We still take on work outside them — we are just upfront that you would be buying general competence rather than sector knowledge, and we price accordingly.
